Caleb Crossland graduated in 2014 from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was a member of the Environmental Law Review. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in finance from Colorado State University in 2005. Prior to law school, Mr. Crossland was an officer in the United States Marine Corps and served a tour of duty in Afghanistan.
Mr. Crossland focuses on transactional work in all areas of commercial real estate, including land use, leasing, purchases and sales, easements and licenses, and financing. Because of his previous work at a cell tower development company, Mr. Crossland has a particular depth of knowledge in telecommunications leases and related transactions. He strives to understand his client’s business interests so that he can advocate for them in an effective and efficient manner.
Outside of practicing law, Mr. Crossland leads a small group at his church and is involved in a tutoring program for at-risk grade-school students. He loves jogging, exploring Denver with his wife and toddler son, and fixing up their 115-year-old home.
