Diane S. Wolfson is a seasoned real estate and business lawyer, business owner, real estate investor and property manager.
With over 25 years of experience she assists clients in every aspect of real estate, from acquisition to development and construction to management and leasing. She is also one of Colorado’s foremost experts in homeowner’s associations and was the co-founder and COO/controller of a full service HOA management company for 10 years.
Ms. Wolfson’s real estate practice focuses on complex matters in commercial, residential, and multi-family real estate, including property acquisition and sale, syndications, secured financing, land use and development, subdivisions, construction, property management, landlord/tenant, and homeowner’s associations.

Ms. Wolfson graduated cum laude in 1991 from New York Law School where she was a member of Law Review. She started her career as a commercial litigator for a Wall Street law firm, today DLA Piper, one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious firms. In 1996 she moved to Telluride, CO, and in 1998 she opened her own practice specializing in real estate and business law. She joined Hatch Ray Olsen Conant LLC in 2016.
In her downtime, Diane enjoys yoga, skiing, horseback riding, hiking, biking, painting, karaoke, dance, and comedy improv.
