Erica Behm joined Hatch Ray Olsen Conant in 2016. Ms. Behm’s practice encompasses all areas of real estate law, with a focus on secured transactions, loan agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. Ms. Behm prides herself on being a lawyer who is able not only to see the big picture of any transaction, but also identify the details that need to be accomplished and to get them done efficiently.
Ms. Behm graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian in 2016 from St. Thomas University, where she was the Editor in Chief of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review for two years. She graduated with honors from the University of Colorado in 2011 where she received a Bachelors in Spanish Literature and a Bachelors in Russian Language. Ms. Behm is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Russian. She has found that this not only enables her to communicate with others, but also helps her to approach a problem from multiple angles and to identify creative solutions.
In her free time, Ms. Behm enjoys practicing yoga and hiking in the mountains with her husband and dog.
