Gary obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado. After graduation, he worked as a vice president for a large Denver-based real estate sales organization, and was involved in its builder/developer division. In 1988 he earned his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.
With his background in real estate, Gary’s law practice has always included real estate transactions and real estate-related litigation. He has also represented national and state chartered banks in litigation, foreclosures, collections and workouts. Over his 25 years of practice, his clientele has included commercial and residential landlords and property managers, builders and developers, banks, receivers, small businesses and non-profits. In the context of his landlord representation, Gary’s clients include the owners and managers of medical office buildings and, as a result, he has been asked to address STARK and HIPAA compliance issues. A number of his clients have holdings and operate their businesses throughout the United States.
