Joseph J. Novak

Mr. Novak concentrates his practice in commercial litigation.  He previously practiced law with prominent Chicago law firms.  He has extensive experience in both federal and state courts.  His main areas of practice include litigating partnership disputes; contract disputes; breach of fiduciary duty suits; real estate, construction, and condominium litigation; class actions; foreclosures; qui tam actions; and employment disputes.

Mr. Novak is a graduate of University of Northern Colorado (2001) and Northwestern University School of Law (2006), where he was an editor on The Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.  Joe is admitted to practice in Illinois, Colorado, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Northern District of Indiana.
