Brian Ray joined Hatch Ray Olsen Conant LLC in 2006, became a member of the firm in 2011 and a named partner in 2012. His practice specializes in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, creditor’s rights and manufactured housing law in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.
Brian represents a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, real estate investors, construction professionals and other large and small businesses. Brian is also an expert in Colorado’s manufactured housing laws and represents many different owners of manufactured home parks throughout the state.

Brian is a Certified Mediator in the State of Colorado. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude, in 2003 where he graduated in the top 8% of his class and was inducted to the Order of the Coif. Outside of work, Brian enjoys camping, live music, and spending time in the beautiful outdoors.
