Brian Ray joined Hatch Ray Olsen Conant in 2006 and became a Member of the firm in 2011. Mr. Ray’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation and creditor’s rights. Mr. Ray represents a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, real estate investors, general contractors, subcontractors, property owners and other large and small businesses. Mr. Ray also has extensive experience with all types of construction litigation, including complex multi-party construction defect matters and mechanic lien enforcement and defense matters. Mr. Ray is a skilled trial attorney with extensive experience in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations.
Mr. Ray graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude, in 2003 where he graduated in the top 8% of his class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Mr. Ray received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, magna cum laude, in 2000 and received numerous awards as a national collegiate debater.
Outside of work Mr. Ray enjoys everything Colorado has to offer, including the beautiful outdoors, camping and live music.
