Ms. Jacobs has practiced real estate law with the firm and its predecessor since 1996. Her practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate law, with a particular emphasis on representing clients in complex transactions and ongoing operational matters.

Ms. Jacobs advises clients on the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial and residential leases, lease amendments, loan documents, licenses, and easements. She regularly represents clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property, assisting with due diligence, title and survey review, resolving title issues, and closing coordination.

Her leasing practice includes the negotiation of retail and office leases and related lease amendments on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Ms. Jacobs also represents borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions.

In addition, she advises clients on property management matters and provides ongoing operational support to property owners and managers, including lease administration and interpretation, as well as advising on default and enforcement matters. Her practice also includes handling foreclosures.
