Ms. Jacobs has practiced real estate law with the firm and its predecessor since 1996. Ms. Jacobs’ practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate. Ms. Jacobs assists her clients with negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, licenses, and easements. Ms. Jacobs’ varied practice is rounded out with handling foreclosures, filing trademarks, resolving title concerns, creating and maintaining Colorado for-profit and non-profit entities, landlord/tenant disputes, and drafting and amending homeowner association documents.

Ms. Jacobs strives to provide the highest quality legal services to her clients in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

Outside of practicing law, Jill loves to spend time skiing, biking, hiking, and running in Colorado’s beautiful outdoors, often with her husband and three sons.
